Lamont Daniel Boyd
Lamont Boyd is responsible for client and partnership opportunities that make use of FICO’s scoring products and services. Working with over 300 clients in the US and internationally, he speaks regularly to industry and consumer groups and is recognized as a leading expert in predictive analytics and decision management technologies. Prior to joining FICO in 1993, he served nearly 20 years in underwriting, product management and sales management with a major property and casualty insurer.
Greg J. Massey
Greg Massey, is SVP & Head of Casualty Line of Business for Zurich North America. Greg has held positions as CISR Board of Governors (The National Alliance), National Committee member (CPCU), and Past Chapter President. He served as board member for AIPSO, AIA WC committee, panel member for ISO GL/Emerging Issues, and NY First. Greg has taught collegiate and AICPCU courses. He has a MBA from Keller Graduate School, a MS in Organizational Leadership, and completed the Executive Development Program from Indiana University, and the Insurance Executive Program from Appalachian State University.
Dar is originally from the state of Illinois in where he earned a degree from Illinois State University. He is currently serving in the state of Indiana as a Auto Underwriting Manager for State Farm Insurance.
Ron S. Beiderman
Ron is the VP of Commercial Lines Coverage Products at ISO, a Verisk Analytics business. His primary responsibility is overseeing the R & D and implementation/maintenance of all coverage-related products for ISO's Commercial Lines programs. Ron oversees ISO's emerging issues initiative and has represented ISO at several industry forums. Ron graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications and he achieved his CPCU designation in 2010.
Leah currently serves as Director of Specialty Excess at Rockhill Insurance, with experience in commercial underwriting and compliance which includes development of coverage forms, guidelines, training, and underwriting audits. She is President-Elect of CPCU Society Golden Gate Chapter, a committee member of the Underwriting Interest Group, and a liaison to the Publication Committee. Leah holds a MBA degree and the CPCU designation, and recently participated at the CPCU Annual Meeting as a panelist for the Sharing Economy seminar and co-authored a research paper entitled Risk Management Implications of the Sharing Economy.
Dawn is currently serving as the Regulatory Assurance Research manager for the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). Dawn oversees a team responsible for researching potential revisions to NCCI's underwriting manuals, and managing dispute resolution processes. Since joining NCCI in 1995, Dawn has worked in customer operations, residual markets, and state relations. Dawn graduated from Florida Atlantic University with B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting. Dawn holds the Associate In Risk Management (ARM) designation, along with her CPCU.
Sue graduated from the University of Colorado/Boulder with a degree in organizational management & human resources. For the past 23 years, Sue has worked at Allied/Nationwide Insurance, and has held a variety of positions. She is currently serving as a Commercial Lines Training Consultant. Sue is President-Elect for the Colorado CPCU Chapter, and at Nationwide, she is the chair for the Civic Action Program.
Stefanie A. Truitt
CPCU, AU, API, AINS, MBA
Stefanie has over 15 years of insurance industry experience which includes claims, executive coordinator, sales, underwriting, and product development. Prior to joining State Auto Insurance, Stefanie was enlisted active duty in the U.S. Navy serving in San Diego, CA. Stefanie has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, along with having a CPCU, API, and AINS. Stefanie is currently serving as an officer in her local Columbus CPCU Chapter. Stefanie is the President-Elect of her local chapter for 2016, and in the year 2017, will be the president of the Society.
Lev has has a genuine intellectual curiosty regarding P&C Insurance, Finance, and Economics. This holds true based on his 15 years of diverse professional experience in Specialty Commercial Lines, large Corporate Deb Portfolio Money Manager, project manager and operational improvement management consultant, and large corporate debt sell side investment banker. Lev is currently serving as a Underwriting Group manager for The Warranty Group.
Susan J. Kearney
Susan has over 15 years of risk management and commercial underwriting experience, and is currently serving as senior director of knowledge resources at The Institutes. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial sciences and a MBA in risk management from Temple University. Susan has CPCU, AU, ARM, AAI, and AINS designations, and is the New Membership Chair for the Brandywine Valley CPCU Chapter.
CPCU, CLU, ChFc
Erin has over 15 years of insurance and financial services experience and has held positions in sales, claims and underwriting. She is currently an Underwriting Team Manager for State Farm Insurance Companies. Erin has earned the CPCU, CLU, ChFC and AIC designations and is a member of the Atlanta CPCU Chapter.
Steve graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2004 with a degree in Biochemistry and Finance. Steve had previously attended medical school, however subsequently left and joined Chubb in 2006. Steve has worked in personal lines his entire career moving from a portfolio underwriter, to Premier underwriter, and finally to the Regional Underwriting Manager for the Tampa territory. In his spare time, Steve loves playing Legos with his daughter and playing baseball.
